Making A Hotel Reservation

You must use a credit card to guarantee a reservation. Total value of your reservation will be charged on your credit card when we re-confirm your booking by email (popularly used) or fax with hotel voucher attached. Receipt of this amount will be sent after we have received bank's notice, normally 2-3 working days later ( Paypal normally takes only in an hour )
Amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed by Vietnam Travel Channel

Cancellation & Cancellation Fee
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via email or fax. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation more than seven (7) working days before the check-in date. In that case, we shall return this amount to your credit card
Otherwise, if you cancel your reservations within seven (7) working days prior to the check-in date, the cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 1 night will be charged as the hotel's no-show policy.

Children Policy
Children under 12 years are generally granted a reduction of 30% of the tour price, provided that they are accompanied by at least two full-paying adults and stay in the same room. An extra bed is fully charged as an adult.

Requests
After we received your request, we have responsibility to response in the erliest time within 24 hours except Sunday and public holiday.

Bookings
For the bookings that sign up from our website, we require the credit card informationfor sercurity for the booking. We will come back to you with the availability within 36 hours except Sunday and public holidays.

Vouchers
After confirmation to your booking, we will send you the invoice and voucher.
Then, you please acknowlegde the email as the authorization for the payment to the bookings.
Voucher will be show at the hotel and you don’t have to pay room money for the hotel.

Payment
Payment will be made after you received our confirmation to your booking with your acknowlegdment
For tour bookings, full payment will be made 01 month before departure.
For hotel bookings, full payment will be made after confirmation .

Payment can be made by the following accepted methods: 
- If  the total amount below 1000 usd, we require you to make payment by: Visa, Master and JCB card.
- If the total amount over 1000 usd, you can make payment by credit card or bank transfer.

Deposit
Deposit is only for tours, you will pay US$ 100 per person in advanced.
The the remain will be made 01 month before your trip.
In case you cancell the tour, the deposit won’t be refunded as it’s the administrative fee.

Cancellation
Cancellation must be made before one month at least, we will make the
cancellation and charge the credit card fee only. Other charge is subject to the hotel.

Hotel cancellation:
All prepaid hotels are subject to the following cancellation charges:
>14 days We Guarantee 100% Money Back, Only US$10 administration
charge per booking is forfeited. Thus if we collect from credit card, 3% will be charged.
7-14 days before arrival: 10%
2 - 6 days before arrival: 40%
< 2 days before arrival: 100 %

Tour cancellation:

7-14 days before arrival: 10%

Refunds
Refunds will be made when the booking is cancelled from you. We will charge the credit card fee only.

Instructions to pay online with

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB Card

We connect with OnePAY Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment (www.onepay.vn). All of your card information are processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (merchant) but MasterCard with internation security standard.

After you have received your Order from us through a link, please check the information of the Order. If all the information is correct, please check the Terms and Conditions and click “I agree with Terms and Conditions” and click “Submit”. You will be redirected to OnePAY Payment Gateway to pay us online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB Card with following steps:

1. Card type selection:

The payment gateway interface will appear as below for you to select the card type you are going to pay with:

2. Card Information Input

To make the payment, you will input the following card information:

• Card Number
• Expiry Date
• Security Code – CVV, CVC
• Billing address (Card holder’s address which has been registered with the Issuer Bank)
• Online payment password (If you have enrolled 3D- Secure Program for your card with the Issuer Bank namely Verified by Visa for Visa card, MasterCard Secure Code for MasterCard, and J- Secure for JCB Card ).

Click PAY.

3. Transaction Result

You will be asked to wait for some seconds for the transaction result from OnePAY payment gateway. Then, we will send you an email to inform you the Order status and the transaction result.

Note

In some cases, your transaction may be not successful due to:

-         In correct card information

-         Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly)

-         Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.

In case you input correct card information but you did not receive the transaction result from the payment gateway or from us. Please do not try to make other payment. Contact us to get the transaction result and confirmation of the Order

Cancellation
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. The following rules apply for cancellations:
- More than thirty (30) days prior to departure: The total deposit paid to us (20% or US$ 100) less the administrative fee in accordance with canceling advanced arrangements, will be valid for one (1) year from the date the deposit was received. During this time (365 days) the amount can be applied to other tours and services. After one (1) year the deposit amount is forfeited.
- Less than Thirty (30) days prior to departure: Complete forfeiture of deposit, due to hotel charges we incur for guest no-shows.

Unused Services
No refunds or exchanges can be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, included in the tour price, but not utilized by the tour members.
Travel documents will be compiled after the deposit has been received and are sent two or three weeks prior to departure. These documents will be sent via email, and should be printed out by participants and retained as a receipt.

Responsibility
All possible care is taken to ensure that our suppliers maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems, however they arise, that result from the booking of services we do not directly control.

Vietnam Motorbike Tour, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, servants or agents shall not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.

Validity
This information is valid at the time of publication but is subject to change without prior notice. However, should any changes occur, they will be posted on the website immediately. However, should the Terms and Conditions change after the deposit is paid, the Terms and Conditions under which the deposit was paid shall apply.

Refunds
At Vietnam Motorbike Tour, you do not have to pay for anything you do not get as we have committed with you while making your reservation. Moreover, any kind of fault services under our control will be refunded to customers. Please do let us know if you are in one or all of cases below:

• Air - conditioner does not work at all
• Poor, rude or irrespective tour guides and drivers
• Any tour activities missed on our commitment itinerary
